The majority of properties are in and around the Basingstoke
area. We house single people, families and the elderly
in good quality homes at affordable rents to those in
housing need.
Our
stock also includes 3,200 garages, commercial properties,
key worker accommodation and market renting properties;
(homes for rent on the private market) and homes for sale under the shared ownership scheme (part-buy part-rent).
