Did you know that when you contact our Customer Services Team to report that a repair is needed to your home, we can now offer you an appointment, when the repair is to be undertaken by our day-to-day contractors, Mitie?

Did you know you can also report your repair online?

We can accommodate your individual needs by requesting the contractor to make you the first call out or to avoid the school run.  Wherever possible the Mitie operatives will also call ahead to let you know they are on their way.  You can help us with this, by giving us your most up-to-date contact details when you call us.

Appointment slots available: 

• Mornings       8am to 1pm
• Afternoons     1pm to 5pm
• Avoid school run  
• First call
• Pooled appointment  (if the contractor has a cancellation they will contact you and offer you this earlier appointment)

Sometimes, we may not be able to offer you an appointment as soon as you would like it.  In these instances your Customer Services Advisor will offer you the opportunity to have a pooled appointment.  This means that should the contractor have a cancellation they will contact you and offer you this earlier appointment.

There are certain types of work which cannot be appointed, and some occasions when a convenient time slot is not available.  Your Customer Services Advisor will let you know if this is the case and will arrange for you to be contacted directly by Mitie.

Wherever possible the MITIE operatives will also call ahead to let you know when they are on their way.  You can help us with this by giving us your most up to date contact details when you call us.
