Sovereign Kingfisher believe all residents should have adequate Home Contents Insurance cover in case the worst should happen. This is because you as the residents are responsible for taking out contents insurance to protect your belongings.
If you have no home contents insurance you could be in for a shock!
We do not insure your furniture and personal possessions, however, the National Housing Federation My Home Contents Insurance scheme offers you an affordable insurance policy where premiums can be paid fortnightly by cash as well as by direct debit.
