Our aim is to provide good quality, affordable homes for rent and with over 5,500 homes to manage we have a vast array of policies and procedures to adhere to, enabling us to deliver services to tenants.

Our policies are reviewed regularly.  You can play an important part in their review by participating in a residents' forum such as the Rents & Business Forum or Property & Contracts Forum.  We also have a forum of residents to whom we are able to conduct a postal survey.  Your opinions are important to us.  For more information on how you can become involved please contact our Resident Involvement Officer on 0800 988 4858 or via our switchboard on 01256 302302.
