Sovereign Kingfisher Building Services LLP, (KBS), is a joint venture repairs and maintenance company working with Sovereign Kingfisher and HVHS Housing Group.

KBS has 25 years experience in the social housing field, 13 working specifically with Sovereign Kingfisher .

Residents receive a high quality, tailored service carried out by a range of experienced and qualified tradespersons.  KBS have recently been awarded a 5 year refurbishment contract for kitchens and bathrooms with Wessex Housing Partnership.  They are currently undertaking recladding works in Brighton Hill, Basingstoke.
