Halcyon Property Services undertakes non-charitable functions that Kingfisher performed prior to converting to charitable status.

Hal cyon Property Services Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sovereign Kingfisher , registered with Companies House (Registration No. 3525606). The company was set up in March 1998 to undertake the non-charitable functions that Sovereign Kingfisher performed prior to converting to charitable status. Halcyon receives investment funding through Sovereign Kingfisher and a £20m facility through Lloyds TSB allowing for growth in the coming years.

Halcyon owns, manages and lets properties both residential and commercial around Basingstoke, Winchester and Southampton. A residential portfolio of 50 properties in excellent locations in and around Basingstoke, mainly in well established private sector areas of the market. Halcyon maintains a very healthy trading position with these properties being let quickly whilst maintaining a top rent. Our commercial properties are located in central areas close to public transport and shopping facilities commanding excellent rental figures for Halcyon.

One of Halcyon's developments can be seen in the heart of Basingstoke, located behind Church Square.  The development is a joint venture between Halcyon Property Services and Sovereign Kingfisher and will provide 29 apartments for shared ownership, market renting and general needs affordable housing.
