A major part of the work of the Operations Department is dealing with repairs requests from our thousands of residents and during the year 19,980 repair orders were carried out.
The specially trained Customer Services Team handle these repair calls which are passed to our Repairs and Maintenance contractors, Mitie to deal with within an allotted priority time. Maintenance Surveyors check that the works have been carried out with levels of resident satisfaction very high at nine out of ten, another positive endorsement from our tenants.
