Anti-social behaviour is:
"Acting in a way that causes or could cause harassment, alarm or distress to one or more persons not of the same household."
The Association has a policy and procedure for dealing with anti-social behaviour. The policy is a statement of our position on anti-social behaviour and our approach to dealing with it. The procedure is the practical way in which staff can work to prevent, reduce or stop anti-social behaviour and its effect on communities and individuals.
