For less than £1.00 per day (£1.15per day inc vat) you can rent a garage.

We own 3160 garages throughout the area of Basingstoke and Deane.  Most of our garages are in the town areas of Black Dam, Brighton Hill, Buckskin, Kings Furlong, South Ham and South Ham Extension.

We also have garages in the villages of Oakley, Overton, Whitchurch and the surrounding area.

The rent for a garage is £7.04 per week for Sovereign Kingfisher property residents (if your account is kept up to date, rent is charged for 48 weeks p.a.)

Owner-occupiers, residents of other housing associations and businesses’ have to pay VAT, therefore the rent is £8.27 per week (charged for 52 weeks p.a.) - if you are a charity or non profit making voluntary organisation– please contact us.
